** For U10, U12 U14 and U16 Teams. Please note that players taking part in the Nationals or Provincial Tournament are NOT eligible.

** Each team to provide a scorer and goal judge (a referee for

each team would be appreciated)

** Cups for first, trophies for 2^nd and 3^rd, participation

certificates for all players.

** Spot prizes.
