INTER REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Inter Regional competition will be
held at Arena 4,
Each region may enter one team in each of the following grades: Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, Under 18, Senior, Women and Masters.
This year there will also be two guest teams from Australia (AILHA) at the Inter-regional Champs this year. Each of the Australian teams (U14 & Women) will play one game against each region in their grade and one game against a tournament selection team.
After the Under 14 and Women’s team have
completed their inter regional competition each region’s Under
14 and Women’s teams will compete against Team
The Tournament Selection Teams will be announced at the earliest opportunity in the weekend - given that players will have had a fair chance to be seen by the selectors.
The prize giving for Inter-Regionals will take place immediately after the last inter-regional game, that is immediately before the final games, where the tournament selection teams play the Australian visiting teams.
Team
Entry Fee
The entry
fee is $250.00 (inclusive of GST) per Regional team. This is payable to the NZIHA, P O Box
7014, New Plymouth by Regional Committees no later than 21 days prior
to the start of the Championship.
The
closing date for notification of team rosters shall be 21 days prior to the
start of the Championship. Team rosters
may not be added to after the start of the Championship. Team rosters should be sent to the Secretary
of the
